Entity
IAM Solutions LLC is a Limited Liability Company. Our products are designed, built, and operated by IAM Solutions LLC unless otherwise noted in a partnership agreement.
Terms of service
Use of our products is governed by the Terms of Service provided to each organization at onboarding, covering licensing scope, acceptable use, data handling, service-level commitments, and termination conditions.
Privacy policy
Our privacy policy distinguishes organizational users (the staff and caseworkers who operate our products) from data subjects (the veterans, residents, refugees, and community members whose information is recorded). For data subjects, the organization using the product is the data controller; IAM Solutions LLC is the data processor. We do not sell, license, or share data-subject information for marketing. We do not train AI models on customer data.
Acceptable use
Our products are not licensed for use by government immigration enforcement to locate individuals, for surveillance of non-consenting populations, for discriminatory targeting, or for any use that would expose a DV survivor to their abuser. These restrictions are written into every license agreement.
Intellectual property
Source code, designs, documentation, and trademarks belong to IAM Solutions LLC. Customer data and configurations belong to the customer.
