Give Back
Three ways to be part of this
Identity Solutions for Social Change isn’t just our tagline — it’s a working commitment. Here are three ways our products, our donors, and our partners give back to the communities we serve.
Impact
How our products give back
Every product license funds work the system doesn’t.
When an enterprise or well-funded organization buys our software, part of what they’re funding is our ability to extend pro-bono and discounted access to smaller organizations doing the same work without enterprise budgets. We don’t sell social impact as an add-on; it’s structurally baked into how we price.
Beyond pricing, every product design choice we make is filtered through the same question: does this make life easier for the person doing the work, or just for the person buying the software? Caseworkers, intake staff, volunteer coordinators, and peer-support specialists are who we design for. The enterprise dashboard comes second.
Donate
Support our work
Help us keep the lights on for organizations who can’t afford to.
We receive donations from individuals, family foundations, and corporate sponsors who want to underwrite the gap between what small nonprofits can pay and what it costs to operate enterprise-grade software responsibly. Donations are tax-deductible where applicable (consult your advisor).
Donations directly fund: pro-bono licenses for small DV shelters, transitional-housing nonprofits, and refugee-assistance startups; multi-language localization of our resident-facing interfaces; integration work for state HMIS systems that smaller orgs can’t afford to commission themselves; and our internship and apprenticeship pipeline for veterans and refugees entering the identity industry.
Pro-Bono Program
Pro-bono & discounted access for small nonprofits
If you’re a small organization doing critical work without an enterprise budget, this is for you.
We offer three access tiers below our standard commercial pricing:
- Pro-bono (free) access for qualifying small DV shelters, refugee-resettlement startups, and volunteer-led housing programs with annual budgets under $250K. Limited to one product license per organization.
- Subsidized (deeply discounted) access for nonprofits with annual budgets between $250K and $1M, working in our target populations.
- Sliding-scale licensing for organizations above $1M but still resource-constrained relative to their caseload.
Eligibility considers organizational budget, the population you serve, and your ability to use the product effectively (we don’t want to give software to organizations who’ll be set up for failure without proper onboarding capacity). We review applications quarterly.
How to apply
Fill out the form below to apply for pro-bono or discounted access. We review applications quarterly and will respond with the full application packet.
Identity solutions for social change isn’t a tagline
It’s the lens through which every product decision, pricing decision, and partnership decision passes. Thank you for being part of it.
