IAI Survival Guide iPad Giveaway — Official Rules

A PAID ANNUAL IAI SURVIVAL GUIDE SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. These Official Rules govern the IAI Survival Guide iPad Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by IAM Solutions LLC (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible. The Promotion is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). To be eligible, your qualifying entry must be received and, where applicable, your subscription paid in full and active by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s computer or system clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
To enter, purchase a paid annual subscription to the IAI Survival Guide that is paid in full by the end of the Promotion Period. Purchasing a paid annual subscription enters you into the random drawing for a chance to win the iPad. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of subscriptions purchased. A paid annual subscription is required to enter; there is no free method of entry.
Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the Promotion Period are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or about September 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be announced by posting the winning entrant’s IAI Survival Guide user ID on this page (iai-101.com/iai-survival-guide) on or about September 15, 2026. The potential winner must contact the Sponsor at info@iai-101.com within five (5) business days after the user ID is posted to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, cannot be verified, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that winner forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release before the prize is awarded.
7. Prize
One (1) prize: an Apple iPad 11-inch (A16), 128GB, Wi-Fi model (color determined by the Sponsor), with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $349.00 USD. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined solely by the Sponsor.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required, the winner may be asked to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or applicable tax form), and the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s user ID and, if provided, name for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion.
11. General Conditions; Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions, or for any error in the administration of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, as permitted by law. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of the Promotion may be a violation of law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such entrant.
12. Governing Law
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State in which the Sponsor is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. All entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute arising out of the Promotion.
13. Winner List
To request the user ID of the winner, send an email to info@iai-101.com with the subject line “iPad Giveaway Winner List” within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
