Leadership
Driving social change, one identity at a time — the team and mission behind Identity Access Intelligence™.
What we do
Security first, always. We design with security as the foremost principle and pursue social change through identity transformation — re-engineering how a person’s identity is stored, masked, and presented so the people behind the data are protected.
IAM Solutions builds enterprise-grade identity technology purpose-built for social impact — bringing 20+ years of Fortune 1000 identity management, counter-intelligence, and compliance to platforms that protect the world’s most vulnerable populations at military-grade security standards.
We are the creator of Identity Access Intelligence™ (IAI) — the third generation of digital identity. Identity Management (IDM) tracked who exists. Identity & Access Management (IAM) was the locked door, with static rules deciding who gets in. IAI is the shift from managing identity to understanding it: behavioral, continuous, and risk-scored.
Roughly 80% of breaches start with a valid login — static rules cannot tell a real user from a stolen session, and the perimeter is gone. Identities now span human, machine, and agentic users. IAI answers that shift through three principles:
- Behavioral and continuous — patterns over static, point-in-time rules.
- Risk-scored and predictive — replacing binary “yes/no” access with predictive risk scoring.
- Verifying the person, not just the key — determining whether the person walking through the door should be there at all.
What makes us different
IAI is more than a philosophy — it ships as concrete privacy engineering inside our applications. Several proprietary features set our platform apart:
Identity tokenization — a standalone PII-masking module
Across applications like VDMS (the Veteran Data Management System) and UnitySuite, sensitive identifiers are replaced with secure, non-sensitive tokens. The real underlying data never travels with the record in day-to-day workflows or exports — caseworkers and integrations operate on tokens, not raw personal information — dramatically shrinking the blast radius if data is ever compromised. Identity tokenization is also available as a standalone module that any of our applications can plug into to mask PII (personally identifiable information) at the source.
Proprietary Alternate User ID — no SSN required
Instead of relying on the Social Security Number as a primary key, our platform issues a proprietary Alternate User ID. This decouples a person’s identity from their SSN, so the single most-targeted number in any breach is no longer the linchpin of the record. It is especially critical for the populations we serve — veterans, displaced families, refugees, and domestic-violence survivors — where exposure of an SSN can be life-altering.
Protection for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse
For individuals who are survivors of domestic violence or sexual abuse, our applications add an extra layer of security designed to keep their information secret. Beyond record sealing, the platform can issue a protected alternate persona profile — a safe, alternate identity a survivor can operate under — so their real identity and whereabouts stay shielded while they continue to receive the services they need.
How our apps compare to what’s on the market
| Capability | Typical market offering | IAM Solutions apps |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Corporations & enterprise IT | Veterans, displaced families, refugees, abuse survivors, special-needs communities |
| Security model | Perimeter-based, static, point-in-time rules | Native Zero-Trust at the app layer; behavioral and continuous (IAI™) |
| PII handling | PII stored and visible in records | PII masked by default; tokenization available as a standalone module |
| Primary identifier | SSN or email as the key | Proprietary Alternate User ID — no SSN required |
| Abuse-survivor protection | Generic access controls | Record sealing plus a protected alternate persona profile |
| Cross-agency continuity | Records duplicated or lost at handoffs | A verified individual token travels with the person |
| Access control | Role-based at best | RBAC + ABAC (contextual, risk-based) |
| Mission alignment | Commercial; social impact as an add-on | Social impact is the core mission |
| Category IP | None or proprietary lock-in | IAI™ trademarked, licensable framework |
Tony Adjuder — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tony Adjuder is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of IAM Solutions LLC, where he created Identity Access Intelligence™ (IAI) and leads the development of identity-driven applications for the people the system most often overlooks — veterans, displaced families, refugees, and special-needs communities.
Tony brings more than 25 years of enterprise security and identity experience to that mission. Over his career he has architected security, compliance, and access systems for organizations including Coca-Cola, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Entertainment, FirstEnergy, and U.S. government agencies — in roles such as IAM Strategic Consultant at Cyderes, Lead IAM Architect at Kyndryl, and Cyber Security Architect at SAP and SAP NS2.
His path began in uniform. A U.S. Army combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm (1990–1991), Tony went on to serve as a 97B Counterintelligence Agent and an IT Operations NCO — conducting threat assessments and designing secure C4 networks in support of national security. That counterintelligence mindset is the heart of IAI: verify the person, not just the credential.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence and Strategic Security (Henley-Putnam, 3.5 GPA) and has completed more than 100 SAP courses, with expertise spanning SAP GRC, SOX governance, and Six Sigma process discipline.
Engineering a sanctuary: Operation: Desert Refuge
Tony’s commitment to veterans is personal. He filed for VA disability benefits in 1991 and was not approved until 2016 — a 25-year fight that now drives the mission of The Adjuder Family Foundation and its flagship initiative, Operation: Desert Refuge. It also serves as the anchor deployment of VDMS, proving the platform at facility scale.
Operation: Desert Refuge is a 40-acre residential sanctuary built to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate combat veterans facing PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), moral injury, and housing instability — and to extend that care to their families. It operates as a self-reinforcing ecosystem built on three pillars:
- Housing Stability — private tiny homes on low-stimulus desert land.
- Health & Wellness — on-site PTSD counseling, TBI support, and peer groups.
- Career & Education — vocational training, job placement, and economic empowerment.
